School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, Receives Recognition for EdPEx Quality Assessment in Academic Year 2023
On April 23, 2025, at Buaratthanapisit Conference Room, University of Phayao, the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources was honored with a certificate of achievement for successfully passing the "Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx)" quality assessment for the academic year 2023. The certificate was presented by Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Phongsabangpo, President of the University of Phayao, who presided over the ceremony.
The EdPEx assessment is a framework adopted by the University of Phayao to enhance the quality and standards of management across all units. This evaluation was conducted by a panel of external experts, comprising no fewer than two members, to ensure transparency, fairness, and credibility.
The assessment results indicated that the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources achieved a performance score between 150 and 199 points. This achievement reflects the School’s strong commitment to continuously improving educational quality and management processes. Although the score did not reach the 200-point threshold, it nonetheless signifies a noteworthy accomplishment, particularly in areas such as process development, strategic planning, and effective resource management.
Furthermore, the School was granted additional funding of up to 25,000 baht to support the continued implementation of its educational quality development plan. This support aims to further strengthen the School’s capacity and drive toward future excellence.
The School's executives, faculty members, and staff proudly celebrated this achievement and reaffirmed their dedication to incorporating the evaluation’s recommendations into future improvements. Their collective efforts will help sustainably elevate the quality of education and administration at the School.

คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา คว้ารางวัลผ่านการประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษา EdPEx ปีการศึกษา 2566
เมื่อวันที่ 23 เมษายน 2568 ณ ห้องประชุมบวรรัตนประสิทธิ์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา เข้ารับเกียรติบัตรรางวัล “ส่วนงานที่ผ่านการประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษาตามเกณฑ์ EdPEx” ประจำปีการศึกษา 2566 โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุภกร พงศบางโพธิ์ อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา เป็นประธานในพิธีและมอบเกียรติบัตรในครั้งนี้
การประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษาตามเกณฑ์ EdPEx (Education Criteria for Performance Excellence) เป็นกระบวนการที่มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยานำมาใช้เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพและมาตรฐานการบริหารจัดการในทุกระดับหน่วยงาน โดยการประเมินในครั้งนี้ ได้ดำเนินการโดยคณะกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากภายนอก ซึ่งมีจำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 2 คน เพื่อให้การประเมินเป็นไปอย่างโปร่งใส ยุติธรรม และมีมาตรฐานที่น่าเชื่อถือ
ผลการประเมินพบว่า คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ สามารถผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินในระดับคะแนนที่อยู่ระหว่าง 150–199 คะแนน ซึ่งแสดงถึงความมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาและการบริหารจัดการอย่างต่อเนื่อง ถึงแม้จะยังไม่ถึงระดับคะแนน 200 คะแนนตามเกณฑ์สูงสุด แต่ก็ถือเป็นความสำเร็จที่น่ายินดี โดยเฉพาะในเรื่องของการพัฒนากระบวนการดำเนินงาน การวางแผนกลยุทธ์ และการบริหารทรัพยากรที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
นอกจากนี้ คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ยังได้รับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณเพิ่มเติมจากมหาวิทยาลัย จำนวนไม่เกิน 25,000 บาท เพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการดำเนินงานตามแผนพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง อันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาศักยภาพของคณะฯ ให้ก้าวสู่ความเป็นเลิศในอนาคต
ทั้งนี้ คณะผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และบุคลากรของคณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ต่างร่วมแสดงความยินดี และพร้อมที่จะนำข้อเสนอแนะจากการประเมินมาใช้ปรับปรุงและพัฒนางานในทุกมิติ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาต่อไปอย่างยั่งยืน
