School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, Organizes Project on Enhancing Organizational Communication and Strategic Plan Review in Chiang Rai Province
On April 21–22, 2025, the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, organized a project titled “Enhancing Organizational Communication for Engagement and Positive Image, and Reviewing the School's Strategic Plan” at Grand Vista Hotel, Mueang District, Chiang Rai Province. The event gathered 55 participants, including school executives, faculty members, and administrative staff.
The project was held under the concept of sustainable organizational development. Its main objectives were to strengthen communication skills among staff to effectively disseminate information and promote the institution’s image, foster internal engagement, and review the strategic direction of the school in alignment with its mission and current context.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Asst. Prof. Dr. Wipornpan Nueangmek, Dean of the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, who emphasized the importance of effective internal communication as a crucial mechanism in driving the school toward its vision and mission. The event was also honored by the presence of the school’s vice deans, who actively participated throughout the sessions.
The program included the following key activities:
Lectures and workshops on “Strategic Communication for Organizational Image Building”
Hands-on training in writing public relations content and utilizing social media professionally
A discussion forum for exchanging ideas among staff
Breakout group sessions to review and refine the school’s strategic plan to better respond to changing circumstances and the university’s overarching policies
The overall atmosphere of the event was creative and collaborative, promoting genuine participation across all staff levels. Attendees actively shared their insights and suggestions for improving both internal and external communication practices, while also contributing to the development of more effective future action plans.
This project marked another significant step in the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources’ ongoing commitment to advancing its personnel, operational processes, and organizational image—moving steadily toward becoming a leading academic institution recognized nationally and internationally.

คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ม.พะเยา จัดโครงการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการสื่อสารองค์กรและทบทวนแผนยุทธศาสตร์ ณ จังหวัดเชียงราย
ระหว่างวันที่ 21 – 22 เมษายน 2568 คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ได้จัดโครงการ “เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการสื่อสารองค์กรเพื่อสร้างความผูกพันและภาพลักษณ์อันดี และทบทวนแผนยุทธศาสตร์คณะฯ” ณ โรงแรมแกรนด์วิสต้า อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการจำนวน 55 คน ประกอบด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนของคณะ
โครงการดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นภายใต้แนวคิดการพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะด้านการสื่อสารองค์กรให้กับบุคลากร เพื่อให้สามารถถ่ายทอดข้อมูล ข่าวสาร และภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ควบคู่ไปกับการสร้างความผูกพันภายในองค์กร และทบทวนทิศทางการดำเนินงานของคณะตามแผนยุทธศาสตร์ที่วางไว้
ในพิธีเปิดโครงการ ได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิพรพรรณ์ เนื่องเม็ก คณบดีคณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมกล่าวเปิดโครงการโดยเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการสื่อสารภายในองค์กรว่าเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนคณะให้สามารถบรรลุเป้าหมายตามวิสัยทัศน์และพันธกิจที่กำหนดไว้ นอกจากนี้ยังได้รับเกียรติจากรองคณบดีฝ่ายต่าง ๆ เข้าร่วมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง
กิจกรรมในโครงการประกอบด้วย
การบรรยายและเวิร์กชอปเรื่อง "การสื่อสารเพื่อสร้างภาพลักษณ์องค์กร"
การฝึกปฏิบัติการเขียนข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์และการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์อย่างมืออาชีพ
การจัดเวทีเสวนาแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นระหว่างบุคลากร
การประชุมกลุ่มย่อยเพื่อทบทวนและปรับปรุงแผนยุทธศาสตร์คณะฯ ให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทที่เปลี่ยนแปลงและนโยบายของมหาวิทยาลัย
บรรยากาศภายในโครงการเป็นไปอย่างสร้างสรรค์และเป็นกันเอง ส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรทุกระดับอย่างแท้จริง โดยผู้เข้าร่วมได้ร่วมกันแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการสื่อสารภายในและภายนอกองค์กร รวมถึงร่วมกันพิจารณาแผนปฏิบัติการในอนาคตให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
การจัดโครงการในครั้งนี้นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญของคณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ในการมุ่งมั่นพัฒนาองค์กรทั้งในด้านบุคลากร กระบวนการ และภาพลักษณ์ เพื่อก้าวสู่การเป็นองค์กรวิชาการที่มีความเป็นเลิศและเป็นที่ยอมรับในระดับชาติและนานาชาติ
