The Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, Participates in Cultural Preservation and Religious Ceremony for the End of Buddhist Lent
On October 18, 2024, the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Kanyanat Sunthornprasit, Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, and Assistant Professor Dr. Pawinee Chanwijit, Assistant Dean for Farm Management, along with faculty members and staff, participated in the religious ceremony "Tak Bat Devo Rohana" at Wat Pa Phra Ubalie in Phayao Province.
This event aimed to preserve and support Buddhism while encouraging faculty members to engage in and continue the beautiful traditions of Thailand. It also fostered unity and strong relationships within the organization, providing an opportunity for faculty members to express their faith and practice the teachings of Buddhism.
The "Tak Bat Devo Rohana" ceremony is a significant tradition marking the end of the Buddhist Lent, symbolizing the commemoration of the Buddha and the practice of his teachings in daily life. The Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, is committed to preserving and promoting religious and cultural traditions for future generations.

คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม ทำบุญวันออกพรรษา
เมื่อวันที่ 18 ตุลาคม 2567 คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา นำโดย ผศ.ดร.กัญญาณัฐ สุนทรประสิทธิ์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการ และ ผศ.ดร.ภาวินี จันทร์วิจิตร ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายบริหารจัดการฟาร์ม พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์และบุคลากรของคณะ ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทำบุญวันออกพรรษาในโครงการ "ตักบาตรเทโวโรหณะ" ณ วัดป่าพระอุบาลี จังหวัดพะเยา
การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมดังกล่าวเป็นการทำนุบำรุงพระพุทธศาสนาและส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรในคณะได้ร่วมกันสืบสานประเพณีอันดีงามของไทย อีกทั้งยังเป็นการส่งเสริมความสามัคคีและความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในองค์กร พร้อมกันนี้ยังเป็นโอกาสให้บุคลากรได้แสดงความศรัทธาและปฏิบัติบูชาเพื่อสืบสานหลักคำสอนทางพระพุทธศาสนาให้คงอยู่ต่อไป
การตักบาตรเทโวโรหณะเป็นประเพณีที่สำคัญในช่วงวันออกพรรษา ซึ่งสื่อถึงการระลึกถึงพระพุทธเจ้าและการนำคำสอนของท่านไปประพฤติปฏิบัติในชีวิตประจำวัน คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา มุ่งมั่นในการร่วมอนุรักษ์และสืบสานประเพณีทางศาสนาและวัฒนธรรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง
