เกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ม.พะเยา มุ่งพัฒนาการเกษตร เพื่อความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน สู่สากล อย่างยั่งยืน

วันพุธที่ 12 กรกฎาคม 2566 คณบดีคณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิพรพรรณ์ เนื่องเม็ก พร้อมด้วยบุคลากร ต้อนรับอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุภกร พงศบางโพธิ์ พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารภายใต้กิจกรรม“สภากาแฟสัญจร” โดยวันนี้คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดสภากาแฟสัญจร เพื่อติดตามการดำเนินงานปีที่ผ่านมา การดำเนินงานที่โดดเด่น รวมถึงนโยบายทิศทางการดำเนินงานในอนาคต พร้อมรับฟังข้อเสนอแนะ ณ ห้องประชุม คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ

คณบดีคณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิพรพรรณ์ เนื่องเม็ก นำเสนอการดำเนินงานของคณะ โดยจัดการเรียนการสอนระดับปริญญาตรี ปริญญาตรีควบปริญญาโท ปริญญาเอก และ หลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตร (Non-degree) ที่มีความโดดเด่น 5 หลักสูตร Non-degree คือ
- นักเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมการจัดการเกษตรสู่ Smart farming
- นักแปรรูปเนื้อสัตว์อัจฉริยะ (Smart Meat Processors)
- ธุรกิจปลาสวยงามออนไลน์แบบครบวงจรด้วยเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่
- เทคโนโลยีการผลิตเห็ดเศรษฐกิจอัจฉริยะ (Smart economy mushroom production technology)
- นวัตกรรมการจัดการจุลินทรีย์เพื่อการเกษตรสมัยใหม่
ซึ่งได้รับความสนใจจากเกษตรกร หรือประชาชนที่ต้องการมีความรู้เฉพาะด้านการเกษตร สามารถนำไปต่อยอดกิจการหรือสร้างอาชีพใหม่ด้านการเกษตร เป็นนวัตกรรุ่นใหม่สร้างรายได้ให้กับครอบครัว และเพื่อเป็นการตอกย้ำว่า เกษตรศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา มุ่งพัฒนาความรู้ เคียงคู่ชุมชน สู่ความยั่งยืน คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ได้ช่วยพัฒนาเกษตรนวัตกรรมให้มีมูลค่าสูง ด้วยการ“ยกระดับลิ้นจี่แม่ใจ IG พะเยาตลอดห่วงโซ่คุณค่า” การแปรรูปลิ้นจี่ ด้วยแนวคิด ลิ้นจี่นอกจากจะใช้รับประทานสดได้แล้ว ยังสามารถนำมาแปรรูปเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆได้ อาทิ ชาลิ้นจี่ ครีมลิ้นจี่ เป็นต้น โดยสามารถดำเนินการ คือ แสวงหาตลาดสำหรับลิ้นจี่พรีเมียมคุณภาพสูง สร้างเครือข่ายผู้ประกอบการแปรรูปพัฒนาช่องทางการตลาดออนไลน์ออฟไลน์ และตลาดรูปแบบใหม่หรือ การพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร

การพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ด้านวิชาการสู่ด้านวิชาชีพ คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ได้ลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ อาทิ สำนักงานปรมาณูเพื่อสันติ กระทรวงวิทยาศาสตร์ สถาบันการจัดการปัญญาภิวัฒน์ สถาบันคุณวุฒิวิชาชีพ สภาเกษตรกรแห่งชาติ บริษัท คูโบต้าพะเยา จำกัด ฟาร์มปลากัดลุงโก้ และสุโขทัยฟิชฟาร์ม

ปัจจุบันทางคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ได้ดำเนินการแผนพัฒนาศูนย์การเรียนรู้เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา เพื่อเป็นศูนย์การเรียนรู้ที่รองรับการเรียนการสอนนิสิตให้มีทักษะในการปฏิบัติงานด้านอาหารและการเกษตรอย่างเต็มรูปแบบ สร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้นิสิตมีความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ รวมถึงการสร้างรายได้ที่สามารถนำมาพัฒนาศูนย์ฯ ให้เติบโตและดำเนินกิจกรรมได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยมีแนวทางเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการบริการวิชาการของศูนย์ในด้านการเป็น learning space แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร แหล่งศึกษาดูงาน แหล่งจัดหารายได้ และพื้นที่ต้นแบบเกษตรกรรมยั่งยืน พัฒนาและบริหารจัดการพื้นที่ ที่สามารถรองรับการสร้างงานวิจัยที่ช่วยพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ด้านอาหารและการเกษตรเพื่อชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน

Assistant Professor Dr. Wipornphan Nuengmek presents the operation of the faculty by teaching at the Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, Doctoral degree, and certificate program (Non-degree) with 5 outstanding Non-degree programs; - Technologist and agricultural management innovation towards Smart farming - Smart Meat Processors - An online ornamental fish business with modern technology- Smart economy mushroom production technology - Microbial management innovation for modern agriculture
To emphasize that the faculty aims to develop knowledge alongside the community towards sustainability, Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources Has helped develop innovative agriculture to have high value with "Elevate the level of lychee Mae Jai IG Phayao throughout the value chain" Lychee processing with the concept of lychee, in addition to being able to be eaten fresh can also be processed into various products, such as lychee tea, lychee cream, etc., which can be operated is to seek a market for high-quality premium to build a network of converting entrepreneurs, develop online-offline marketing channels and a new market or Agro-tourism development.

The development of academic knowledge to the professional, Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources has signed a Memorandum of understanding with various agencies such as the Office of Atoms for Peace ministry of science, Panyapiwat Institute of Management, Institute of Professional Qualifications National Farmers Council, Kubota Phayao Company Limited, Lungo Fighting Fish Farm and Sukhothai Fish Farm.
Currently, the Faculty has implemented a plan to develop a sufficiency economy learning center University of Phayao to be a learning center that supports teaching students to have full skills in food and agriculture operations. To inspire students to be entrepreneurs including generating income that can be used to develop the center. To grow and carry out activities continuously with a plan to increase the capacity of academic service of the center in terms of being a learning space, agro-tourism and model area for sustainable agriculture. To develop and manage the area that can support the creation of research that helps develop knowledge in food and agriculture for the community sustainably.
