Academic Agriculture Project and Graduation Orientation at the School of Agriculture, University of Phayao
On March 7, 2025, the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, organized the "Academic Agriculture for Graduates and Postgraduates" event at Room UB002, 99th Anniversary Phra Ubalikunupamacharn Building (Puang Thammapanñyo). The event was inaugurated by Asst. Prof. Dr. Wipornpan Nuangmek, Dean of the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, who delivered an inspiring speech and provided career guidance to the students.
This project aimed to prepare students for the job market, enhance their academic and professional skills, and provide a platform for showcasing their capabilities. Key activities included:
Presentation of Cooperative Education and Internship Projects
Students from six programs within the faculty had the opportunity to present their projects, which were developed during their cooperative education and specialized internships. The most outstanding projects were selected to represent the faculty at the university level.
Honors and Awards Ceremony
Academic Excellence Medals were awarded to students with outstanding academic performance over four years.
Best Presentation Awards for Cooperative Education and Internships were presented to students with the most exceptional project presentations.
Skill Development and Career Readiness Activities
The final segment of the event focused on equipping students with essential skills for the workforce, including:
A Workshop on “Personality Development for Career Readiness” led by Dr. Niramol Promnil, who provided insights into effective communication, professional image, and workplace etiquette.
Resume Writing Workshop: “How to Make Your Resume Stand Out – Landing a Job as a Fresh Graduate” conducted by JOBTOPGUN, offering expert advice on crafting a professional resume to increase job opportunities.

โครงการเกษตรวิชาการและปัจฉิมนิเทศนิสิต คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา
เมื่อวันที่ 7 มีนาคม 2568 คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ได้จัดโครงการ "เกษตรวิชาการและปัจฉิมนิเทศนิสิต" ขึ้น ณ ห้อง UB002 อาคาร 99 ปี พระอุบาลีคุณูปมาจารย์ (ปวง ธมฺมปญฺโญ) โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิพรพรรณ์ เนื่องเม็ก คณบดีคณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ เป็นประธานเปิดงาน พร้อมกล่าวให้โอวาทและแนะแนวทางการประกอบอาชีพแก่นิสิต
โครงการนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับนิสิตก่อนเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงาน สร้างโอกาสในการพัฒนาทักษะทางวิชาการและวิชาชีพ อีกทั้งยังเปิดเวทีให้นิสิตได้แสดงศักยภาพด้านต่างๆ โดยภายในงานมีกิจกรรมที่สำคัญ ได้แก่
การนำเสนอผลงานจากสหกิจศึกษาและฝึกงานเฉพาะด้าน นิสิตจาก 6 หลักสูตร ของคณะฯ ได้มีโอกาสนำเสนอผลงานที่ได้จากการออกสหกิจศึกษาและฝึกปฏิบัติงานจริงในสถานประกอบการ ซึ่งผลงานที่โดดเด่นจะได้รับการคัดเลือกเป็นตัวแทนของคณะฯ เพื่อไปนำเสนอในระดับมหาวิทยาลัยต่อไป
พิธีมอบรางวัลเกียรติคุณแก่นิสิตดีเด่น
เหรียญเรียนดี สำหรับนิสิตที่มีผลการเรียนยอดเยี่ยมตลอดระยะเวลา 4 ปี
รางวัลนำเสนอดีเด่นจากสหกิจศึกษาและฝึกงาน เพื่อเชิดชูเกียรติและสร้างขวัญกำลังใจให้กับนิสิตที่มีผลงานโดดเด่น
กิจกรรมเสริมทักษะและเตรียมความพร้อมสู่ตลาดแรงงาน
ช่วงท้ายของโครงการได้จัดกิจกรรมพิเศษเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้นิสิตก้าวเข้าสู่โลกการทำงานอย่างมั่นใจ ได้แก่
อบรม "การพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพสู่โลกการทำงาน" โดย ดร.นิรมล พรมนิล ซึ่งให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเสริมสร้างบุคลิกภาพที่ดี เทคนิคการสื่อสาร และการสร้างความประทับใจในการทำงาน
เวิร์กชอป "เขียนเรซูเม่ให้ปัง จบใหม่ยังไงก็ได้งาน" โดยทีมงาน JOBTOPGUN ที่ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการเขียนเรซูเม่อย่างมืออาชีพ เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสในการสมัครงาน
คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ยังคงมุ่งมั่นผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีคุณภาพตามอัตลักษณ์ "ใฝ่รู้วิชาการ ชำนาญการปฏิบัติ" พร้อมส่งเสริมนิสิตให้ก้าวเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานอย่างมั่นใจและภาคภูมิใจในวิชาชีพของตนเอง
